"Works, but the site feels like a clunky mess"
Shopzoco is usable, I guess, but the website is kind of a slow, awkward little pain to deal with. A few pages took longer than they should to load, and finding what I wanted wasn’t exactly smooth. Checkout was simple enough, so I’ll give it that, but overall the site feels like it needs some basic fixes to make shopping less annoying

The site worked okay and checkout seemed safe enough, so I don’t really have a complaint about the order itself. But they make it sound like privacy and security are a priority, then you have to dig around just to understand what they actually do with your data. I wish they’d keep that promise better and explain it in plain language instead of making it feel hidden. Overall, just average for me

"Restocks pop up often"
I noticed the sizes came back quickly which was nice, not every size showed up again but enough of them did that it felt worth checking back instead of giving up right away.

"Stock is a bit random sometimes"
Shopzoco is fine, I guess, but the stock situation was kind of weird for me. Some stuff I wanted was either out of stock or saying only a few left, which was not super helpful. I did end up finding one thing I needed after looking around, so it wasn’t all bad. Just would be nicer if more things were actually available when you go to buy them.

Just a quick warning for anyone checking out: the payment options are solid and they had the one I normally use, so that part was easy. The page did take a little while to load, which made me wonder if it was going to freeze, but it eventually went through fine

It looked decent online, so I figured it was worth a shot. But once it arrived, I was kind of underwhelmed. For the price I paid, shouldn’t it feel a bit better than just average? Shipping was totally fine, no real issues there, but overall I didn’t feel like I got great value. Would I buy it again? Probably not.

"Pretty accurate overall"
The item was pretty much as described, so no big complaints there. The only thing is the color looked a little different in person than it did online. I reached out and support basically said, “yeah, colors can vary a bit depending on lighting or screen settings,” which makes sense. Overall, it matched the description well enough and I’m still happy with it.

"Return was okay, but the refund felt slow"
I ordered a jacket from Zoco and the sizing was a little off, which was annoying because I had to send it back. The return instructions were at least clear, and support did get back to me in about a day, so that part wasn’t bad. The refund took around a week after they received the jacket, which felt longer than I’d hoped, even though the money did come back without any drama. I’d probably shop there again, but I’d be a bit hesitant until their refunds get faster.

Order came in and, yeah, everything was there. No missing items, nothing weird or mixed up. It took about the usual amount of time, not super fast but not late either. Just kind of a smooth, simple order. Happy with it overall

I had a little issue with my order, so I reached out to shopzoco.com support. They got back to me the next day and handled it smoothly, no drama or anything. I do wish the first response had come a bit quicker, but they were nice about it and got everything sorted. I’d order from them again.

I used Zoco on my phone it was a really smooth experience. The pages loaded quickly, checkout was simple, and nothing acted weird or frustrating. It’s nice when a site just works the way it should and doesn’t waste your time. I’d definitely shop there again.

"Nice eco-minded shop, just needs a bit more info"
I ordered from shopzoco.com and, I don’t know, I just liked that it didn’t feel super wasteful. The packaging was simple, not a bunch of extra plastic or random filler, and some of it looked recyclable, so that was nice to see.

The products themselves also felt like they were at least trying to be more sustainable, if that makes sense. Not just cheap little things you use once and toss. Prices were fine too, nothing shocking either way.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish they were clearer about where things are made and what the materials actually are. That part felt a little vague. But overall, it was a good experience and I’d probably order again.

"Easy checkout, but the discount box was annoying"
Checkout was easy overall. The pages loaded fine, payment went through quick, and I didn’t really have any issues there. But man, finding the discount box took longer than it should have. I kept looking around for it, and it just wasn’t obvious. Like, why hide the discount box? Besides that one annoying part, it was a smooth experience
